Grey Squares respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that any content on our site infringes your copyright, please notify us so we can take appropriate action.
How to File a DMCA Complaint
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one), and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send us a written notification with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and needs to be removed, including the URL(s) of the page(s) where the content is located.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed (or access to it was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the content that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We may restore the removed content after 10 business days if the original complainant does not file a court action against you.
Repeat Infringers
Grey Squares may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
